Your tracking number is sent via email and WhatsApp once your order ships. Track in real time via the carrier’s website.

 

 

– We do **not** ship to P.O. Box addresses

– Ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout — re-routing fees due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility

– We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control

– If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact your local carrier immediately — we will assist with a trace investigation
